We have recruited and trained volunteer support workers to help people with mental health difficulties cope with living in the community. 

This service is intended to complement or supplement the statutory health and social services within Central Notts. 

Referrals to the project are normally made through workers in Community Mental Health Teams. 

Careful matching of support worker and service user is a high priority and our volunteers receive regular supervision.

Anyone wishing to work as a volunteer in the scheme should contact our Volunteer Co-ordinator based at Concord House.
