Carers Support Group This group meets monthly at Concord House and is led by a qualified nurse and a social worker, both of whom have experience and training in group work. The service is an example of the close collaborative relationship that exists between Mind and the statutory services. Carers may join the group at any point and more details can be obtained by telephoning Concord House on 01623 658044. |
