Support Scheme
Our Community Support Scheme includes a number of separate services: a Befriending Scheme, Sunday Lunch Club, Wednesday Evening Club and a Carers Support Group. These services are designed to provide the help that will enable people with enduring mental health difficulties to move out into, or continue to live in, the community. The scheme is open to referrals from both Mansfield and Ashfield. |
